SPEAKER: RAMIN EKHTIAR, "Ramin RealTalk" – Founder of California Accountability YouTube Channel
Topic: “Citizen Journalists Holding California Government Accountable, and the November 3rd Ballot Issues"

Marin Republican Women Ramin Ekhtiar came to California in 1978. He has spent every year since then betting on what this state can still be.
For more than twenty years he has worked in Bay Area real estate finance, currently as a mortgage loan officer with loanDepot
(NMLS #1469025), where he has built a specialty in VA lending and getting veterans into homes of their own. He also teaches Marketing and Personal Finance as an adjunct business instructor at Cañada College, giving students the practical money skills nobody ever handed them.
He is the founder of “RealTalk,” a YouTube channel built on accountability journalism that has grown past 100,000 subscribers. His investigations into PG&E, California's exit tax, and the state's $24 billion in homelessness spending have been watched millions of times by Californians who simply wanted to know where their money went. He reports with receipts, primary documents, statute citations, and public records, never a press release taken at face value.
Ramin is press-credentialed for the 2026 California governor's race. He sat in the courtroom for Bonta v. Bianco at the California Supreme Court, and he was credentialed press for the 2026 national convention in Dallas.
His work is grounded in a simple conviction: free enterprise built the opportunity that let his family start over here, and Californians deserve an honest accounting of what their government does with their money.
